Battlefield Hardline - Details zum Criminal-Activity-DLC

Battlefield Hardline erhält mit dem Criminal Activity DLC insgesamt vier neue Mehrspieler-Karten. Eine davon ist die Nachtclub-Map Code Blue.

Das Entwicklerstudio Visceral Games hat weitere Details zu den Inhalten des kommenden DLCs »Criminal Activity« für Battlefield Hardline verraten. In einer ganzen Reihe von Blog-Einträgen stellen die Entwickler unter anderem die beiden neuen Mehrspieler-Maps Code Blue und Backwoods vor. Zwei weitere Karten werden in den kommenden Tagen noch detailliert vorgestellt.

Die englischsprachige Webseite MP1ST hat die einzelnen Informationen zu den neuen Waffen, Gadgets und Vehikeln in einer kleinen Übersicht zusammengefasst. Spieler dürfen sich demnach über eine neue Shotgun, ein Sturmgewehr und eine neue Maschinenpistole freuen. Außerdem gibt es neue Explosiv-Munition für Shotguns sowie einen Lowrider und einen Pick-Up-Truck als neue Fahrzeuge.

New Pump Action Bullpup Shotgun

Available to Cop factions, Enforcer only

Iconic profile, classic look, and modern but lethal function with "amazing" stopping power and range

New Assault Rifle

Available to Cop factions, Enforcer only
Unique look magnified by its keg style charging handle
Slower rate of fire but easier to control
Fires 7.62MM X 51MM and is "very effective" at mid-to-long ranges
24 round capacity, 25 after a tactical reload is performed

New Submachine Gun - FREE DOWNLOAD TO EVERYONE

Available with gameplay patch, same time as Criminal Activity DLC launch
Available to Cop and Criminal factions, any class
Classic, historical, throwback design
Slower rate of fire but easier to control
Limited options for customization, grip and extended magazine only
Fires .45 caliber slugs

AP Tracer Rounds

Available for Assault Rifles, Battle Rifles, and Designate Marksman Rifles
Available to Cop and Criminal factions
Deals greater damage to armored targets, including armored insert and armored vehicles
Tracers make rounds more visible

Breaching Rounds

Available for Shotguns
Available to Cop and Criminal factions
Short range explosive 12-guage rounds designed to open doors
Can be toggled on and off
Can be used to safely open a door that has been sabotaged
Effective in close quarters combat

New Battle Pick-up

Nail Gun

10 nail capacity with a total of 4 magazines
Fires nails with aid of a .27 caliber cartridge
Effective in close quarters combat
Capable of killing with one headshot and keeps players suppressed (appear off mini-map)
Fast drop-off due to small caliber

New Vehicles

Lowrider

Available to Criminal factions
Sedan-class transport vehicle designed with mid-60s flair
Fully customizable and comes equipped with all the bells and whistles already acquired on the sports sedan
Two-tone leather interior, custom musical horn, and a hydraulic suspension controlled by the driver
Can carry three passengers who can move up and sit against the door

Pick-Up Truck

Civilian transport vehicle found in Backwoods
Enclosed cab seats two and the front passenger can move up and sit on the door for a better angle of attack
Two passengers can sit on the low sides of the truck bed and aim all around the vehicle
Additional passenger can crouch behind the tailgate and cover the rear of the vehicle
