Anlässlich des 20. Geburtstags der PlayStation hat Sony Computer Entertainment eine große Umfrage durchgeführt. Daran haben mehr als 10.000 Fans aus Japan teilgenommen und mehrere Fragen beantwortet.

Demnach ist das Rollenspiel Dragon Quest IV: Hand of the Heavenly Bride das beliebteste PlayStation-Spiel aller Zeiten - zumindest in Japan. Dicht dahinter folgt Final Fantasy VII, von dem sich die Fans zudem auch ein Remake mit der aktuellen Techni wünschen. Das Horror-Survival-Spiel Resident Evil landete in der Rangliste der beliebtesten Spiele auf dem fünften Rang.
